The main architectural intervention was a resort. The site for the same was chosen on a vacant Government owned plot with beautiful views. 

The site was in CRZ 3 zone due to which area upto 200m from the high tide line is a no development zone. Development on plots between 200m-500m is allowed for construction of hotels/beach resorts for temporary occupation of tourists/ visitors.
