The main entrance lobby is a double heighted space with marble flooring and glass on three sides all looking out towards beautiful green views.
The conference room has huge windows with a beautiful view of the lawn. Wooden flooring is used to add some warmth to the space. Walls are used to add a pop of colour to the entire space.
Similarly, cabins also have huge windows and wooden flooring. Instead of walls, the soft furnishings on the furniture is used to add colour to the space.
Many people tend to ignore the service spaces used by the housekeeping staff. But we designed the pantry to be very open and visible from the central corridor, with great views and good modern furniture and finishes.

First Floor Plan
The first floor mainly consists of the different sample flats. I will speak about them in more detail in the next project where I talk about the design of each room and all the different apartments.
The first floor also comprises of few cabins, a small waiting area and an experience center where it is planned to use AR to show the customers the entire township and the exact view from their flat etc.
View of the entire building from the front vehicular drop off. The curve of the chajja was accentuated towards the drop off so that it provides shade and protection from rain during the Mumbai monsoons.
The curved glass facade reflects the surrounding sky and the surroundings landscapes beautifully.
Up close the building have a strong form and identity but from far away it just blends into the landscape.
Landscaping
The final township is going to have a huge central park with almost x% of the ground space being green and open. We wanted to replicate a similar feeling for the customers with the sales office and sample flats as well.
Hence, we decided to make very natural looking Savannah type huge lawns and mounds lined by native trees on both sides. In the front of the office we wanted to plant some flowering species. We wanted the arrangements to look natural. Hence, we decided to mix up a lot of different flowering species in an organic manner. I made a couple of plan options and then started make 3d visualizations.
Roughly sketched out some options on the ipad.
Took the plans and turned it into this diagram on the ipad using the procreate app.
Gave the reference of these diagrams then to the 3d visualiser in our team.
Based on these visualizations we decided to go with a mix of both options where in we decided to do a high density plantation but not cover the entire area. We decided to plan the taller shrubs towards the glass and then gradually move to shorter shrubs that finally merge into groundcover and grass. Here are some actual photos after execution.
This might seem like a small landscape project but this has added a lot of life and colour to the project.
